ATRIM Award at Casa FOA 2026: The Brutalist Oasis That Redefined Wellness in Córdoba
Casa FOA Córdoba returned in 2026 with an edition that marked a turning point in regional interior design. Under the name Pocito Social Life, the exhibition brought together Argentina’s most cutting-edge design studios and brands in a space that invites visitors to rethink contemporary life.
And in that setting of excellence, Hidrozono had the honor of participating as the technology provider for Space 24: Wellness – Brutalist Oasis, a project that not only thrilled visitors but also won the prestigious ATRIM Award.
An award that recognizes excellence: the ATRIM Award
The ATRIM Award recognizes what most people don’t see but everyone feels: the seamless integration of materials, the precision of the finishes, and the coherence between concept and execution. The fact that Espacio 24 received this award is no coincidence; it is the direct result of a partnership between creative vision and cutting-edge technology. For Hidrozono, it confirms that integrating high-end wellness solutions into a project is not merely an add-on: it is what defines the difference between a good space and a truly extraordinary one.
The concept: Brutalism, biophilia, and water
When Cler Studio (Sofía Patriglia and Marcos Vincenti) and Zarzamora Estudio (Paloma Martínez and Rocío Mancini) conceived Espacio 24, they began with a fundamental question: What does well-being look like today? The answer was a synthesis of opposites that enhance one another: exposed concrete, openwork blocks, and the raw textures of Brutalism coexist with organic vegetation, filtered light, and the constant presence of water. The result is a Spa Garden that offers a fluid transition between interior and exterior—a sensory refuge where the harshness of the city dissolves into calm and reconnection.
"In an increasingly fast-paced world, there is a growing need to create biophilic spaces that organically integrate nature." — Espacio 24 Concept, Casa FOA 2026.
Hidrozono: Where Technology Makes the Difference
A spa of this caliber could not exist without the right technology. Hidrozono ozonation transforms water and air into something qualitatively different: it continuously purifies without harsh chemicals, eliminates bacteria and microorganisms, neutralizes odors, and delivers a sensory experience that is felt from the very first moment. It is sustainable, invisible, and therapeutic all at once. At Espacio 24, this technology operated in perfect harmony with the brutalist concept: the purity of the water complemented the rawness of the concrete, and the quality of the air enriched the atmosphere of calm that the designers sought to create. The result is a home spa that not only looks like a luxurious retreat but also functions and feels like one.
Interior design in Córdoba is experiencing an extraordinary moment, and the ATRIM Award won at Casa FOA 2026 is the best proof of this. For Hidrozono, Cler Studio, and Zarzamora Estudio, this recognition is a shared statement: when technology, design, and well-being come together without compromise, the result speaks for itself.
