THE PROCESS OF CREATING A SPA
We analyze the project and its surroundings and, based on this, we define the competitive set and determine the type of product, design, demand, and pricing.
We made a recommendation on the layout of the spaces in the floor plan and the look and feel of the place, as well as on the business model and estimated investment amount for the suggested spa.
We work on defining the concept and equipment according to the type of spa suggested, in line with the concept of the establishments, their surroundings, and the type of demand.
We defined the conceptual design for each of the spaces, working on the plans with the project architects based on reference images and defining the styles, equipment, and decorative objects needed to transform the space into a wellness temple.
This stage is key: it lays the foundation for what will be done later, in which we establish what the project will communicate: how it will achieve the desired positioning so that it is chosen by its guests and external customers.
We develop wellness product components:
- Preparation of the Services Menu.
- Design of wellness programs and experiences.
- Suggested pricing for services.
- Assembly of retail products.
- Selection of cosmetic products for treatments.
- Design of quality standards and service protocols.
- Preparation of the policy and procedures manual.
