Voluntary provision of data.

This Policy is intended to inform users about the processing of personal data carried out by HIDROZONO.COM.AR, so that they may freely and voluntarily decide whether or not to provide their personal data when it is requested or may be obtained through the use of any of the services available onhidrozono and all its subdomains and directories.

As a general rule, when personal information is requested in order to use a service or access certain content, providing such information is not mandatory, except in cases where it is specifically stated that the information is required for the provision of the service.

Sensitive data.

HIDROZONO.COM.AR does not collect sensitive data of any kind. Financial data.

Changes to this Policy.

In the event of any changes to this Policy, we will post those changes in this section, on the Site’s homepage, and in other locations deemed appropriate to notify Users of the changes. HIDROZONO.COM.AR reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time; accordingly, Users must review it regularly, reading it at least once a week.

What happens to your personal information when you close your account? If a user decides to close their account with HIDROZONO.COM.AR, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to that user. All of your personal information will be marked as unavailable; however, please note that this does not mean your information will be deleted. User information will remain stored in HIDROZONO.COM.AR’s systems but will be inaccessible; it may only be used to resolve any disputes or legal situations that may arise, and until the expiration of the statutory limitation period for contractual obligations.
